1. When to Pay: A full amount or a deposit of 50% can be made to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be settled before or upon your arrival.
2. Pricing (from March 2025)
   • Single occupancy (minimum one week’s stay)
     • Per night: 380,000VND
     • Per month: 10,000,000VND
   • Double occupancy (minimum one week’s stay)
     • Per night: 450,000VND
     • Per month: 12,000,000VND
3. How to Pay:

   • Cash: You’re welcome to pay in cash when you arrive, whatever is easiest for you!
